 General Questions.

  1. How is my coffee shipped? We currently use Canada post ground service. Depending on your postal code will generally take 3 days to arrive excluding any Holiday season.
  2. Can I send a gift package to a friend?  Yes  you can enter the friends’ address in the shipping section or contact us by e-mail for any special arrangements needed.
  3. How long does it take to get my product?  Once your order is received it will be processed and roasted and shipped on the next roasting day. Most of the time this will mean within 2 business days of your order.
  4. Can I have a regular monthly shipment of coffee? We are right now working on a program for a club coffee, for now you can contact us and we can arrange for a monthly shipment.

  6. Is all your coffee fair trade? Only the coffee that is in the Fair Trade section is certified Fair Trade as well as Certified Organic, look for other specific certifying logos attached to each coffee.
  7. Do you ship to the USA? We are intending to make our coffee available in The USA, please stay tuned.
  8. Do you ship overseas? We currently do not ship overseas but if there is a demand we will look into it.
  9. Where do I find out information for bulk orders?  Fill in the wholesale information page or email us with your personal request.
  10. Will you be adding any new products in the future?  Yes we will always be introducing new varieties of coffees and teas. We are always on the constant lookout for any new coffees or teas that we meet our standards.
  11. Can we pick up our orders at the retail location. Absolutely, if you find that you will be in Toronto and would like to order coffee, call ahead and we will prepare your order for you to pick up or order on line and just check off retail store pickup. For the coffee orders we will need 3 business days advance notice.
