The Cosurca co op is comprised of 615 families from 9 communities from the Macizo Colombiano. This region is in southwest Caucu valley in the Andes mountain range of Colombia. This high grade coffee is grown at an elevation of 1400m-1900m and is wet processed and sun dried .The varieties of coffee are Typica and Caturra and these coffees are harvested April-June. The cup characteristics are slightly nutty with a medium body, medium-high acidity and an almost sweet like almond taste. Roast is between medium and full.
